Make Way for Dionne Warwick · This is Dionne Warwick's third studio album and was released in August 1964 on Scepter Records. It was her first album on the American album charts, with a top ten place on the R&B chart. The songs mostly come from Burt Bacharach and Hal David, her regular musical partners.

Walk On By was one of the singles and her second top ten hit on the American Billboard Hot 100. You'll Never Get to Heaven If You Break My Heart and A House Is Not a Home are also on it, along with one of the first recordings of They Long to Be Close to You. Get Rid of Him is an old recording by the Shirelles from 1962, on which her voice replaced the vocals of Shirley Alston. A reviewer at AllMusic gave three out of five stars. He wrote that Bacharach and David supplied many songs that later became famous with other singers.
