Keep It Comin'

From HitStory, the pop encyclopedia of School of Rock · Work

Keep It Comin' is the third studio album by the American R&B singer Keith Sweat and was released on 26 November 1991. It entered at number one on the R&B albums chart straight away and was also in the top twenty of the Billboard 200. For three weeks it kept Michael Jackson's Dangerous from first place. On 21 February 1992 it was certified platinum.

The title song was his fourth single to top the R&B chart. I Want to Love You Down and Why Me Baby reached the top twenty of the same chart. There is also a song that had appeared a few months earlier on the soundtrack of the film New Jack City, There You Go (Tellin' Me No Again). It was the last album on which he worked with the new jack swing producer Teddy Riley, until Just Me sixteen years later.
