Get Up on It is the fourth studio album by the American R&B singer Keith Sweat. Elektra Records released it on 28 June 1994. It spent two weeks at the top of Billboard's R&B and hip hop albums chart and reached number eight on the Billboard 200. A platinum certification followed on 6 December 1994.

The singles were How Do You Like It?, When I Give My Love and the title song. He co-wrote and co-produced, together with, among others, Jerry Flowers and Eric McCaine. There are guests: Left Eye of TLC, Roger Troutman of Zapp and the up-and-coming group Kut Klose, with Athena Cage. The album has fourteen tracks, including an interlude and an intermission.
