Together Alone

Together Alone is the debut album of the Dutch singer Anouk. It was produced by Barry Hay and George Kooymans of the rock band Golden Earring, together with John Sonneveld, who was also the sound engineer. Hay and Kooymans also sing and play on it. We also hear Tren van Enckevort on accordion, John Legrand on harmonica, Lex Bolderdijk and Frank Carillo on guitar and Michel van Schie on bass guitar, among others.

The album was very successful in the Netherlands and yielded three singles in the top 30: Nobody's Wife, It's So Hard and Sacrifice. The record has eleven tracks, from Nobody's Wife to the closing number Mood Indigo. There is also a compilation edition with a second disc containing a remix of Nobody's Wife and video clips of two songs.
