Where I Should Be
From HitStory, the pop encyclopedia of School of Rock · Work
Where I Should Be is Peter Frampton's sixth studio album. It came out on 30 May 1979 on A&M Records. The band on the record consisted of more than just his own group: many guest musicians played on it, including Steve Cropper on guitar, Donald Dunn on bass and the horns of Tower of Power. Frampton played guitar and keyboards and sang.
The track I Can't Stand It No More became the hit of the album and reached number fourteen on the American Hot 100. In July 1979 the album was certified gold by the RIAA.
