Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101 · Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101 was het eerste album van Young Jeezy bij een groot label en eigenlijk zijn derde studioalbum. Het kwam op 26 juli 2005 uit bij Def Jam en zijn eigen label Corporate Thugz Entertainment. Vier singles kwamen van de plaat: And Then What met Mannie Fresh, Soul Survivor met Akon, Go Crazy en My Hood.

De muziek draait om een handvol beats van Shawty Redd en de schorre, rauwe stem van de rapper uit Atlanta. Daarmee legde hij volgens hiphopschrijver Brooklyn Russell de blauwdruk voor een hele regio van rappers en bracht hij trap rap naar een hoogtepunt. Het album kwam binnen op nummer twee van de Billboard 200 en werd later dubbel platina. Complex rekende het in 2012 tot de klassieke albums van het afgelopen decennium.
