Where Am I Going? is het derde studioalbum van Dusty Springfield en kwam in 1967 in Engeland uit bij Philips. Ze was inmiddels een van de populairste zangeressen van het land, met ook enkele hits in Amerika. Anders dan op A Girl Called Dusty en Ev'rything's Coming Up Dusty koos ze nu voor veel meer stijlen, van jazz en soul tot pop en nummers uit musicals, zoals het titelnummer uit Sweet Charity.

De plaat was minder succesvol dan haar twee voorgangers. Ze toerde destijds in Australië en trad op in Amerikaanse cabarets, dus het album kreeg in Engeland weinig promotie. Het haalde plaats 40 en bleef één week in de lijst. Fans en critici prezen vooral de volwassen, verfijnde toon. In de Verenigde Staten verscheen het in aangepaste vorm als The Look of Love.
